Welcome to Memory Maker Beach House in Humarock, Massachusetts. Our 2,600 sq ft 4 bed 2.5 bath Beach home is steps to the beach in the village of Humarock. Centrally located between Boston and the Cape, Humarock makes an excellent vacation destination.

About Us
Growing up near Humarock and spending endless summer days on the beach, I always dreamed of one day living on the beach. It has been a dream come true to be able to purchase our beach house and start making all of the family memories. We love spending time on the 3 mile long beach just steps away. Days spent waking with the sunrise out the front windows over the ocean, long leisurely days on the beach building sand castles and riding waves, and family nights back at the house as the sun sets over the South River are what life is all about. Biking or walking to the nearby restaurants, fresh seafood markets, donut shop, and convenience stores - many of which have been around our whole lives - brings back some great childhood memories too. We hope you will enjoy your time in this special spot and make some new memories of your own!
Rooms
Memory Maker is perfect for those looking for a multi generational vacation. The home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 9. The living areas are spread over three levels.
Level 1 contains 3 bedrooms, a full bath with tub and shower, and a full size washer/dryer laundry room.
Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed with access to the covered porch
Bedroom 2: Twin over Full Bunk bed with access to the covered porch
Bedroom 3: Large 2nd Master with a King size bed
Level 2 contains your main living area with an open concept for easy entertaining. The great room, kitchen and dining area offer spectacular views of Humarock Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silver, serving platters, coffee maker, toaster, and top of the line Bosch appliances. There is also a sun room providing some bonus space with peeks of the South River.
Level 3 contains a luxurious Master bedroom and bath, with walk in closet and walk in full shower. The views from the master are breath taking both of the Ocean all the way up to Fourth cliff and beyond to the Scituate Lighthouse, as well as the South river.

- Easy beach access is just steps away. In addition to a wonderful beach, you also have 3 miles of walkable beach from 4th Cliff to Brant Rock
- Restaurants, convenience store, ice cream and donut shops a short walk or bike ride away
- 20 minutes to historical Plymouth with museums, restaurants, bars and quaint shopping areas
- 30 miles to the north is Boston and to the south is Cape Cod
- Sorry - pets are not allowed at this time
Rates
Peak Season Rentals from June through Labor Day are offered weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in at 4 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m.
Weekly Rate : $4,250.00
Cleaning Fee: $250.00
9.7% Massachusetts & Scituate Short Term Rental Tax: $436.50
Security Deposit: $500
Off Peak Season Rentals are available with a minimum 3 night stay from September - May with a $500 refundable security deposit and a $250 cleaning fee. Please inquire through the "contact us" button below for rates.
*50% deposit due at time of booking - refundable up until 60 days prior to the rental start date. Remaining 50% rent, taxes, and fees due 60 days prior to vacation start date. Prorated refunds between 30 & 60 days prior to rental start date, non-refundable within 30 days of rental start date (minus fees and security deposit).
